Error Message when trying to open XInput Test Options

Hey Guys,

first i´ve to say sorry for my,i think so, bad english.
Now my Problem.
I have reinstalled win xp32 bit because of a system crash.
I downloaded the XBox360 Emu, copyed the dll´s in the gamefolder but when i trie to open the XInput Test.exe i got a error message:
"Die Anwendung konnte nicht richtig initialisiert werden (0xc0000135).Klicken sie auf "OK", um die Anwendung zu beenden."
or
" Application could not be initialized correctly (0xc0000135). Click on " OK" , to exit application ."

I Don´t know what to do!!!!

Please help me.
